These permissions are required strictly for core functionality.
Keeply replaces the default Chrome new tab page with its own dashboard interface. This allows users to quickly
access their saved collections, links, and notes whenever they open a new tab.
The new tab page operates entirely within the extension and does not collect, transmit, or store any personal browsing data externally.

Because Keeply does not transmit or store data on external servers, your information remains under your control within your browser.
